Abstract
The current situation of cultural studies, despite of the variety of different approaches and methods of research, are characterized by the priority communication component as a methodological basis, which can be generated adequate methodology of modern culture. However, attempts to construct such a methodology has not been successful, because it does not have accumulated the necessary phenomenological knowledge of specific areas of culture on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is not enough research on the methodology of research in the humanities. The most developed in terms of methodology, the data for the purposes, appeared of science which were formed at the interface of linguistics and philosophy, and the philosophy of human knowledge, hermeneutics and linguistics itself. Analysis of the methodological potential of data sciences lead not only for understanding the role of the communication components of the study of culture, but also makes it possible to formulate specific requirements for the methodology which role is not limited to the methodological reflection, but also suggests a practical involvement to the formation of the communication component of the cultural environment. As a result, methodologist becomes «creator» as a results it needs the formation of new requirements for its activities, some of which are proposed in this article.
