Printing cost: 40 USD (about 3 USD for 1 page 1800 characters with spaces). Payment is made after the double-blind review procedure, in case the article is accepted for publication. Reviewing is free. The author's copy is included in the cost of printing.

The printing cost includes payment for:

• checking the manuscript for plagiarism and the use of AI;
• the work of literary editors;
• layout and formatting of the current issue;
• posting the article on the website in pdf format;
• hosting, maintenance and technical support of the journal website;
• posting the article in search engines, international scientometric databases, libraries, and archives.
