Abstract
The article deals with questions of legal consciousness of society in the context of those philosophical categories like «ratio» and «reason». It was researched a retrospective of philosophical tradition of these concepts. It is proposed to allocate the form of legal consciousness, depending on the development of the latter. According to this criterion to distinguish two forms of legal consciousness, which called legalrationality and legalreasonly. In exploring these forms of the legal consciousness and determined the need for the transformation of the legal consciousness of modern society against the overwhelming legalrationality to dominate in awareness of legalreasonly principles.
