Анотація
В даній статті обґрунтовані функції філософії та її беззаперечне значення для розвитку сучасного суспільства, показаний вплив філософії на освітні системи США, Канади та Великобританії, проаналізоване відношення до філософії з боку ЮНЕСКО та вплив даної міжнародної організації на подальший розвиток філософського світогляду в світі.
