Legislative resolution of the recognition of the results of educational activities of Ukrainian institutions of higher spiritual education

Abstract

The urgency of the article is the need to highlight the peculiarities of the formation of the rule-making processes that simplified the activities of institutions of higher spiritual education and coverage of practical aspects for the activity of these institutions in practical space and plane. This article is dedicated to specifying the aspects of the formation of the legal framework regarding the activity of institutions of higher spiritual education. The scientific task is to analyze the normative-legal base of the activity of higher educational institutions of spiritual education and the use of these developments in the practical activity of such institutions. The importance of forming a new space of education and the development of theological education, in particular in the context of legislative transformations, requires its regulatory support and reflection in scientific practice, and this has the necessitated need for research. The author investigates the contribution to the issues of theological education and the activity of institutions of higher spiritual education in the context of normative-legal transformations of the works of Yu. Reshetnikova, T.O. Kotlyarova, M. M. Mokienka. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the legal and regulatory framework for the activities of institutions of higher spiritual education and the process of establishing this normative base in 2013–2018. The content of the article consists of two parts in two parts: the preconditions for the formation of a normative-legal framework for the activities of higher institutions of spiritual education and an analysis of the current state of this normative base. Prospects for further research are to highlight the further prospects for the development of theological education and higher institutions of spiritual education in the context of the current legal and regulatory framework.
