Анотація
Процес законотворення у будь-якій галузі є проблемою, розв’язання якої під силу тільки фахівцям, котрі мають відповідну освіту, рівень загальної і правової культури, необхідний соціальний досвід. Людина, яка не має належної правової освіти, виокремити, сформулювати, а тим більше – обгрунтувати необхідність тієї чи іншої правової норми навряд чи спроможна. У статті обстоюється думка, що творенням законів мають займатися фахівці, а суспільство має забезпечити їх правову підготовку, насамперед через надання високоякісної правової освіти. У цьому контексті здійснюється аналіз ролі й місця правової освіти (просвітництва) освітянської громадськості як потужного джерела й контролера правових трансформацій в освітньому просторі України.
