Abstract
In the article the reasons of spiritual crisis of students of modern Ukraine were analyzed. It is emphasized that the main task of higher education institutions for raising the level of spiritual culture is the national education of students by attracting young people to the revival of national culture and mastery of global values. The author draws attention to the spirituality of personality in the pedagogical aspect, as the meaning of life, as a kind of field that influences the outcome and spirituality student. In turn, educational phenomenon is the formation of spirituality of students. It is indicated that to understand and solve problems which have developed in the spiritual realm, a thorough analysis of the public authorities activities on the formation and development of spiritual values of Ukrainian society is necessary, the author stresses the need and importance of the formation of statehood politics and ideology as the main demands of the modern Ukrainian culture and state formation.
