Abstract
In the article outlines the the main ways to overcome social problems and their reflection in the social policy of the state. Attention is focused on the method of sociological intervention and the procedure of intervention in social practice, particularly in applied Sciences. The article describes the approach of rational choice as a method of identification of social problems at the individual level. Describes the features of overcoming social problems within constructions, in particular described strategy of constructing social problems. An important aspect of the article reveals the decision of social problems at the level of social work that deals with socially-based problems at the micro level.
