Abstract
Policy priorities for environmentally sound development are dealt with spatio-temporal scales. It is – global, regional, national and state. They can be long acting and situational. This classification rather conditional, since in most cases, still no reasonable priorities, prioritize the importance of solving the problems, the inadequacy of the environmental monitoring to obtain sufficient data bases, the weakness of forecasting and modeling, financial security. Yet nabirayuchaya turnover environmental threat requires sound environmental priorities. In this regard, the priority of sustainable eco-development – one of the most important goals and the failure to implement it dooms mankind to destruction.
