Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of risk, investigated the social danger of the introduction of social technologies in the modern Ukrainian society and the essence of social work as a means of influencing the formation of social well-being of the population. These interpretations of the essence of «social technologies » as the deliberate process of influencing the social object to produce a programmed result, which also includes the development of methods and techniques specific targeted impacts. The authors discuss the theory and methodology of studying the risk. Studied conditions that accompany status risk of using social technologies: the presence of uncertainty, the necessity of choice alternatives and the ability to assess the likely impacts of the selected alternatives. The main directions of the activities of social actors on the territory of Ukraine with the prevention and overcoming of social risks and the specifics of individual behavior in conditions of social risk and the main factors influencing decision-making in these conditions. The effect of transformation of Ukrainian society to social risk. The proposed set of measures to prevent social risks in society that Sonora at reducing their level and minimization of social consequences.
