Abstract

It is demonstrated that information civilization changes not just the status of the information, that is, the role of its positive effects, but also dramatically expands the negative possibilities. Information becomes the object of a productive and streamline regulation, the results of which depends on the use of information as a strategic resource for the survival of the global society. Today, information flow power is not constrained by any moral or cultural boundaries. Information and psychological manipulation of consciousness is carried out everywhere. And it generates, as a rule, all other forms of violence and cruelty. The article defines the major areas that affects information terrorism.
