The collection is intended for the research organizations, researchers, doctoral students, graduate students, students of higher educational institutions.
Since 1998 the journal has been listed as an academic edition that can publish research papers to qualify for a Doctoral or Candidate degree in philosophy. Byorder No. 409 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, dd 17.03.2020, has been included to the “List of Scientific professional editions of Ukraine” in the specialty "Philosophy" and "Religious Studies".
