Limited natural resources motivate people to seek internal, reflective, intellectual and spiritual resources of survival and freedom of self-realization, which allows in the perspective to move to an ecological balance between nature and society and prevent climate collapse. Civilizational development expands the horizon of human freedom and, at the same time, puts it in front of the problem of resource providing for the realization of new opportunities for freedom, one of the important resources of which is reflection. Man’s ability to reflect is not something inherent in ephemeral subjectivity, they are fundamental laws of universum, expressed, in particular, in the recursive function and self-reference of natural and social processes. Reflection of one’s own state in the aspect of freedom or non-freedom is an important factor that motivates him both to self-improvement and to embody qualitatively new social relations, in which his own free self-realization is a condition and consequence of free self-realization of persons with whom he interacts. The development of such social capital and the formation of appropriate social relations is a social and organizational prerequisite for a breakthrough in innovative technologies and renewable energy. Society can achieve such a level of free civilized state only by passing through a "narrow corridor" (D. Ajemoglu and J. Robinson) of purposeful creation of appropriate social institutions and the formation of a legitimate state and responsible civil society, which opens the possibility of human freedom. As a result of the ongoing civilizational transformation, a society with high synergy (A. Maslow) should emerge, an important resource of which should be second-order reflection, purposeful self-management of reflexive processes that ensure social self-organization based on universal values.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Multiversum.
